Our party reserved a 9 passenger cart well in advance of our trip to Watercolor and received the appropriate confirmation email. Upon arrival we were told that we can have a 6 passenger cart and that is all that is available. No recourse and no apology. While the business committed the error there was no attempt to make it right.

GOLF CART REPAIRS BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I WAS ALMOST ROBBED OF $2500!!!!! I went with my gut feeling and it was right!!! In March 2019 I had my golf cart taken to this shop for a repair. After holding it for 2 weeks they called and said it was the rear end assembly that needs to be completely replaced and it was going to cost $2500. I haven’t even had the chance to speak with you and explain what our technicians were recommending as far as repairs on your cart were concerned. A negative recommendation without the opportunity to discuss our repair suggestions seems a little harsh when we haven’t had an opportunity to discuss with you.

I have a very serious issue with my cart and when told of the problem the service head elected to ignore me - so my money in the future will ignore them

I was sold a cart when it was delivered was no back enclosure was told the back was too short went in was sold a cart cover whole reason we did enclosure was to not buy cover.. paid for enclosure for back too.. my husband called so they ordered enclosure was suppose to pick up cart Thursday they showed up earlier than time frame did not knock just left message with husband that is unreachable at work so Friday they said they would pick up Friday and do first thing Monday I hurried back here from beach switched vehicles and n... read more

Rented a golf cart for 5 days. Delivered on first day around 6:30pm. Was instructed to charge golf cart at night after riding during the day. Guy that delivered the cart said it was fully charged. We didn’t ride it that day so didn’t charge it that night. Next morning drove approx 16 miles and it depleted the battery. Called the company that morning and they said they would send a service guy. Around 4:30 that afternoon called to see if anyone was coming, was informed that their mechanic department said just to continue char... read more

If Penny answers the phone ask for someone else she was condescending, insulting and rude. However, the operations manager was fantastic he resolved the problem and went to great lengths to make up for it.

Golf cart was delivered to me UNCHARGED... an entire day was wasted that I paid for because the people before me did not charge. The company should have brought me another one fully charged. Instead I was told the people before me would be charged extra for not charging. What good does that do me?? Our cart looked NOTHING like the fancy pictures on the website.
