I have a very serious issue with my cart and when told of the problem the service head elected to ignore me - so my money in the future will ignore them

Rented a golf cart for 5 days. Delivered on first day around 6:30pm. Was instructed to charge golf cart at night after riding during the day. Guy that delivered the cart said it was fully charged. We didn’t ride it that day so didn’t charge it that night. Next morning drove approx 16 miles and it depleted the battery. Called the company that morning and they said they would send a service guy. RecommendedIf Penny answers the phone ask for someone else she was condescending, insulting and rude. However, the operations manager was fantastic he resolved the problem and went to great lengths to make up for it.
Golf cart was delivered to me UNCHARGED... an entire day was wasted that I paid for because the people before me did not charge. The company should have brought me another one fully charged. Instead I was told the people before me would be charged extra for not charging. What good does that do me?? Our cart looked NOTHING like the fancy pictures on the website. Worst ever rentals! Definitely in cahoots with Watercolor and inflated prices for renters. Never again.
Bought my Starr golf cart at Electric Cart Company, a year later I saw another cart I wanted so decided to trade and upgrade. I gave $7000.00 plus another $1000.00 for chrome wheels, when I ask about trading, they offered me 2000.00 for my cart. Don't think I will be going back to Electric Cart Company again.
