The cart was fine and handy to have. But it was too expensive. It cost me more than the sprinter van I rented to get the family around for the week.

Very, very disappointed. Recommend not using this company. Plenty of other options. Electric Cart Company has some of the worse customer service we’ve ever dealt with in any business. Use at your own risk.

Mark, we do apologize for the inconvenience about our company policy in regards to our rentals cancellation. Our rentals cancellation policy on our website and rental contract states that if you cancel your rental reservation, for any reason, you do forfeit the $100 deposit. We hold all customers, return customers and new customers, to this standard. We understand the inconvenience it has left you but it is our policy. Thank you for understanding and enjoy our Emerald Coast.
Horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a Star cart, which had to be ordered. Prior to its delivery, they titled the vehicle under my name. On the day of delivery, they cancelled because the vehicle had a bad charging part. I had traveled from Atlanta to our place in Seacrest for the delivery. They cancelled the delivery. On the day of delivery, I noted the cart to be extremely noise due to issues with the hard top. The brakes were not working well, and the LCD screen was not working appropriately either. Mr. Castillo, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Upon delivery, we found the cart to have a faulty harness that allows the battery to charge and took immediate action. We filed a warranty claim immediately as per manufacturer requirements in order to receive a new wire harness from them. Eric informed you on Tuesday the cart will be delivered on Wednesday afternoon, which the promise was fulfilled by Eric personally.
