Jim Ryan helped us work through a difficult decision to buy in the Enclave. He was patient and met with us multiple times including his day off to allow time for our family to see the model and available homes. He seemed to know everyone in the neighborhood which made us feel more comfortable. We look forward to finishing our home.

Today, we did a walk-through of our future new house to review the electrical options we picked with Andy Daum and Mike Cottman. They both took their time to explain everything, answer all our questions and tell us all about the next steps that are coming. You can easily see that both of them love what they do! Gretchen is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the process of buying a home easy and exciting! She seriously impressed me and Elite is lucky to have her working for them. Her memory of my situation and needs in a home with my visits was impeccable. She was so kind and polite to everyone we came in contact with. I met with Bobby, Mike and Andy this morning for my pre-construction meeting and was blown away by their customer service. As an HR Director I notice service and talent and these 3 gentlemen are superior to the teams I’ve worked with building my 5 other homes. We have only just begun the process trying to build a new home. My wife and I have been around and spoken to multiple other builders but Elite stands out above the rest. Working with Paulette has been communicative, clear, and easy and hopefully we can get into an Elite neighborhood soon and build our family home!

From the beginning, I had a phenomenal experience with Matt Taylor who walked me through the process of choosing a lot, showing me a model home, and was excellent with customer service and follow-up. Kyle Anderson took over my project half way through and was very thorough and made sure the house was move-in ready. He had great communication whenever I needed to speak with him. Kim Lally was great with facilitating the closing and made the process a very smooth one.
