My husband and I had been looking at The Enclave of Douglass Hills and The Villas of Floyd's Fork. We decided to visit Shakes Run and we are so glad we did. Melissa was very nice and professional. She answered all of our questions. We went home and thought it over for a few days. We went back and looked again. We like the fact the homes were a little further apart and there were trees/wooded area behind the houses. On Wednesday, we had an appointment and signed the contract. We are very excited!
Sandy made our experience fun and less stressful than we imagined it would be. All of our questions were answered, even ones we did not know we had.
