Bobby was great. Very informative, knew the options well. He wasn’t pushy or hard sell. He was a true help to me and I am grateful for his patience. I do not like the fact that I started with him and now he’s not around to maybe ask a question or to go back over what he had told me about. It’s A lot of information and sometimes you want to just kind of verify things or go back over things with the person that originally explained things to you. Bobby was moved to a different location.

Jim Ryan is a pleasure ! He is the perfect blend of knowledge of your products and services mixed with helpful hints and humor. The home building process can be stressful and Jim certainly has a talent for accomplishing the tasks while including the fun factor ! His suggestion to knock out our electrical decisions at the sale office is pure brilliance ! Perhaps Elite Homes might adopt that for all customers. Jim is a delight and we would certainly recommend him with compete confidence!

So far our experience has been great. From Melissa in sales, Kaelin and Kelly in design to Bill in construction, the whole team has shown a willingness to accommodate us in every way since we are doing this from out of state.

I spent a good bit of time at the Design Center with Haley Mueller making selections for my new home. Haley was very knowledgeable and so helpful guiding me through this process. She was very thorough and was fabulous in helping me decide on what looked best. I appreciated her opinion and the opportunity to have her as my Design Consultant. Another great asset to the Elite team.

Our experience was great! We decided to build with Elite because the quality of the houses they build is superior compared to other companies in our area. Elite kept us updated every step along the way, listened to our questions and concerns and tried to accommodate when possible. Would like to speak over phone, when I have a question. It takes more time to email than quick question(s) over phone. Always have to leave a message over phone and wait for return calls or email. Seems maybe Melissa is too busy with too much work. I would even appreciate texts rather than emails, since not always looking for an email and they could get lost in too many to shift thru.

Our experience thus far has been great. Melissa has answered our questions in a timely manner. Paulette was wonderful to work with as well in Melissa's absence. The design team was awesome and we were met with knowledge and patience during our meeting.
