We had a wonderful experience building with Elite. They were very responsive throughout the process, and helped to make sure we got the home we needed, with the necessary modifications. Gretchen was excellent, very professional and always on top of things. We would definitely build with elite again.
Overall experience with Jim was really good. As a first time buyer, Jim made it a point to ensure that we understand several aspects of home buying and choices that we were making were the ones that we really needed. Jim really detailed out the plan and layout very well for the Vardon despite not having a model home to showcase.
