We began working with Taylor Steffan at Arbor Homes in Louisville, KY in August. We were impressed by floor plans that offered ample space for our family and friends at an affordable price. Taylor was honest and never seemed rushed to answer any and all of our questions as first time builders. We can’t wait to watch our house go up and to make it our home. ~ Josh and Lela

Very good, very responsive. Issues that come up are being resolved or ensures being the appropriate contractor is engaged. Communicates effectively to keep me informed if of the status of things in the queue. Easy t work with.

Ray and Bill are awesome! Prior to our 30 day walk through they had already starting working on some things that are really important to us. Today we completed our 30 day meeting and I wanted to take a moment to give a ‘shout out’ to express appreciation for the follow up, check-ins and transparent communication about what to expect. Also appreciate them helping us make some connections to pursue additional work outside Elite’s scope and warranty. Super helpful!

John Marshall was the sales rep I worked with. He walked me through this process with such patience and made this whole buying experience so easy. Lauren at the design center guided me through the design decisions. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and made that part of the process so easy as well as fun. Finally John, my build manager, was always just a phone call away whenever I had questions or special requests. Everyone I worked with made this overwhelming process so much easier than I expected it to be.
