Very informative purchasing process. Jim Ryan guided me every step of the way and was always available when I had questions. Bill and Ray did their first follow up after the thirty day walk-thru to start the process of fixing some of the initial issues. Both gentlemen were very friendly, helpful in explaining what they were gonna do and more then willing to spend whatever time needed to get the projects down. There are still some outstanding issues but we are totally confident these will be address on a timely basic as well. What a great team! Elite is fortunate to have these guys as their representatives.
Bill and Ray are amazing! Willing to answer all our questions and do whatever they can to help. We had a strange smell in our master bath...they made a suggestion to switch out our toilet seat and viola, problem solved!!! #heros
Bill has been great to work with. He is very friendly and helpful and explains things well. He is quick to respond and fixes problems promptly.
