I have been working with Taylor Steffen in Louisville, KY on a new build for one of my clients. Arbor homes offers many options that other builders do not. The home my client is building checks every single box! Taylor does a great job communicating with my client and with me as his Realtor. She is friendly, professional and honest. We can't wait to see the finished product.

Communication is key in any successful relationship and Elite Homes (Arbor Homes) has that down to a science. From the beginning Darryl and Taylor have been wonderful. Darryl is like an encyclopedia, a wealth of knowledge. Taylor is extremely helpful and always a phone call or a text away. Though I have a contentious relationship with Elite senior management, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I have had several interactions with Bill Rondeau and each of those contacts have helpful and informative. On more than one occasion Bill has gone above and beyond. Bill set up my dehumidifier as I was incapacitated and not able to do on my own. You will find Bill to be very responsive. Nice job, Bill! I sincerely appreciate your expertise and kindness. The Elite process was wonderful! An almost custom experience without the headache of actually going through a custom build. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Every aspect of the interaction was pleasant. Mike Durbin is a blessing for his buyers! Great Job on the build itself, Thank You ALL for what you do!
