Jim Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the home we are purchasing. He was patient, helpful and very friendly during the entire process. We had many questions which were answered and jim made very good suggestions when planning the home.

We started the process with a visit to the model home and sales office. Met with Jim Ryan. Jim was very informative and helpful. We met two or three additional times with Jim He was very knowledgable and transparent and a good listener and easy to talk to. He took us through the process of planning and pricing a house. There was no hard sell or pressure put on us. We are very pleased how the process worked.

Bill and Ray did a great job installing a redo of 4 cabinet door facings. They also fixed several other house problems in two previous trips. They explained things well, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.
The guys were great, making sure everything was explained and set up prior to leaving. Took care of several of our minor issues on the spot.
We are EXTREMELY pleased with our Elite built home! Our 30-day post-move in Inspector Bill Rondeau has been more than PROFESSIONAL! He quickly addressed the settling changes we came across after living in the house for a month. He has been GREAT at adjusting finishing touches to solidify our dream home.
Bill took charge of our back door problem by getting the right team together to correct a ill fitting sliding door. Finally a properly closing and sealing door. Great job!
John was very helpful and patient with me when showing me the model and making my selections. He answered all my questions completely. He offered great advice when I was making selections for our home.
