Had an issue with pantry door handle. Ray & Bill from Elite came by and repaired, explaining every step they were taking in detail. So appreciate their attention to detail. Best customer service I could ask for. Enjoyed their great attitude also!
We are at the beginning stage of the building of our new home. Everything has been smooth so far. Gretchen has been a pleasure to work with. We had a great experience speaking w/Jim Ryan. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision.
I was having an issue with my microwave so I emailed Keri to find out how to resolve it. She emailed me back within the hour, already on top of the issue. She contacted GE to set up a replacement for us and within three days GE was here with a new microwave. I was very impressed with her professional and swift solution to our problem. She is certainly an asset to the Elite Company and represents them well to the consumer.
The team that showed up did an excellent job! A+ service from two great guys. Bill Rondeau and Ray Deddens did a great job going over things with me. You couldn’t ask for better help or service! Elite Homes continues to stay ahead of the competition. We received great service while building our home and have continued to get great service after the purchase. Once again thanks for having great employees like the two who showed up to help me out today. A+ teamwork!!
Bill and Ray were excellent in cooperation and making the repairs on the schedule. Bill is returning this week ad a follow ui the basement door locks.
