Bill Rondeau and Ray have worked diligently to resolve issues that were addressed at our 30 day walk-thru. Of course, we anticipated some problems but knowing they are on top of getting many problem areas fixed very quickly has been very reassuring.There are more problems to be corrected but feel confident our home will become our dream home with both Bill and Ray taking ownership of these issues. Bill did a great job fixing everything we had on our 30 day list. We have had a few things pop up since we moved in but Bill and Keri both have been great.
When my closing punch list became more of a novel, Bill R. and Ray were there to help fix all of the issues. They did a great job with scheduling and fixing the issues. The quality of work is awesome. Great group to work with.
Jim is friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our many questions and many visits to the model. The process has been easy we are very excited about our home. Jim goes the extra mile to show you other homes so you can visualize what yours will look like.
The sales process is obvious but professional and reduces objections. It is also timed in a manner that leaves little time for buyer’s remorse while, at the same time, providing absolute transparency and holding nothing back. The entire process is orchestrated very well and professionally performed. At the end, we were and are pleased with the sales technique of Elite Homes and our salesman, John Marshall. Well done.

We have had a wonderful experience so far. We purchased our home the first time we met Matt. He has been supportive and a pleasure to work with. We are waiting now for our home to be finished and hope to move into the home in February 2020.
