Gretchen did a great job! She is very knowledgeable about your homes and is a clear communicator. She answered our questions and if she didn't know the answer, she researched it for us. Making an investment like this can be stressful and she made it easy for us. We are truly looking forward to the days ahead and then finally getting into our new house. We are proud to invest in Signature Point.

I put Ben's name in the space below but Taylor Steffen was just as helpful. They worked very well together. Our experience has been very pleasant and successful so far. There has been a lot of flexibility, information, and pleasant communication between the two of them and my wife and I. We have visited the model home in Stone Lakes several times but it has not bothered them. We had three good experiences with Kelly Kirkpatrick at the showroom as well.
