We couldn't be more pleased with Jim. He was just as pleasant and helpful when we first walked in the door as he was when we got down to signing the contract. He has gone out of his way, answering many questions and rearranging his schedule to accommodate us since we are relocating from out of state. Paulette is absolutely amazing! She took the time to understand the home we were looking for. She took time to answer our questions and those we didn’t even think of. She really puts herself in the shoes of the buyer to help us make decisions much easier. This whole process can be overwhelming for a buyer building for the first time. She really knows your products well and if she was unsure about anything (which was rare) she would follow up to be sure she was giving correct information.
