I just signed a contract to build after working with Tim Rumsey for almost year. He was great. No pressure, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He truly went above and beyond to try to help me for a long period of time. I felt trusting and very comfortable with Tim. Elite is lucky to have such a great person working for them!

I visited Signature Point & was accompanied by Tim Rumsey who was Excellent. I absolutely love your Mayfield models. My experience was excellent & Tim made us feel very welcome!. I live in J-town & would prefer the Enclave of Douglass Hills location where John Marshall accompanied me. He as well was excellent! I really want a slab & don't understand why they won't consider at that at the Enclave location?
