This is my second time building a home with Elite Homes. My first build was a home in the Woods of Landis Lakes 17 years ago. I am now downsizing to a Garden Home in the Villas of Floyds Fork. After weeks of driving through the development looking at lots and the model home and other homes in the process of being built and asking numerous questions, I decided on my lot and made the purchase this week. Ben was great to work with! This was a big decision for us especially since it was the first time we have built a home. Ben took the time to answer all of our questions and has been very responsive throughout the entire process so far. He did not make us feel rushed and has helped alleviate much of our fear and stress around this process. We are looking forward to having our dream home built and working with Ben and Elite Homes throughout this process.
