Bobby Lewis was fantastic! He answered all of our questions and even brought to our attention items of interest that we hadn't even thought of. The entire process has been very clear and easy to follow. I never once felt any pressure and the experience has been very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

The newest future residents of Shakes Run give Bobby Lewis an A+++! He is so knowledgeable and thorough but still able to break things down in terms easy to understand with regard to the home building process (which for newbies like us can be a little intimidating, but he immediately made us feel so comfortable). Jim Ryan, who wasn't even my sales counselor, went over and above to provide me with advice on the electrical component of the build. Since the model I'm purchasing in the Villas of Floyd's Fork is the Avondale, and it's the model home in the Enclave, he suggested I stop by one day so we could do a walk through and he could show me where I might need more lights, electrical outlets, etc. I felt like he was genuine and thoughtful in this matter and he certainly pointed out some things that I would never have thought about... read more

Bobby Lewis in the Shakes Run Subdivision was kind and helpful. He was willing to walk my husband and I through the home site separately because we had a napping toddler who we did not want to disturb. Bobby was knowledgeable and able to answer the questions we had. He also responded to our inquiries quickly which helped us to move through the contract process smoothly.

Paulette was extremely helpful and patient with us during the purchase decision and structural selection process. She was able to fully explain each feature and even sought out answers to questions that weren't part of the process, but I wanted to know. We never felt rushed or pressured and she was a delight to work with. Everyone we have worked with at Elite, including Paulette, has been helpful and professional.
