So far, our experience has been top notch. Our sales person, John Marshall, was very inviting from the moment we met. He spent a lot of time with us, walking through the model home, visiting the build site twice with us and helping us go through the build options. We are looking forward to our visit to the design center. We are very excited to watch our home being built.

we worked with several guys Jeff Gaul, first Jamal Elkhoury, & Shawn Smith, and others they all were very nice, helpful, guiding us because we never did this before didn't know what we needed to do or how. They explained all to us answered all of our many questions accurately. We are so pleased with everything, our home is beautiful & we love it & the neighborhood. Deciding to buy a new home is one of the most important decisions you can make. Luckily Bobby Lewis was with us every step of the way. Bobby’s thoroughness left us feeling confident in our decision to built. We can’t thank him enough for the many questions he answered.
Bobby was really great. Easy to talk to, very personable and good advice. Really appreciated the advice on the good and bad points of certain options. Contacted him after hours many times and he responded even though we really didn’t expect a response until the next day. He went above and beyond. Well done Bobby!!
So far our experience has been great! Every sales person we’ve met at your properties has been very knowledgeable and helpful. We are 100% happy with the help Bobby Lewis has given us. I am almost positive we were the first virtual appointment Sandy ever had. She was amazing! Not only did she walk through a house with video for us she answered our endless questions. Everything was easy to choose because she made it that way. What a fantastic person to work with.
