Great Service. My technician was very knowledgeable figured out the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes. It’ll take me longer than that to fix my car after slamming into my garage door. Years ago they installed a new garage door and it’s been wonderful

I was very pleased with the service I received. He showed up during the time I was told. I purchased the door back in 2012 and never had an issue. This call was just a servicing to have it run smoother. It's so quiet now I have to check to see if it's opening. :-) He even left me a can of silicone spray too use on the rollers when I need it.
Our experience with Elite Garage Doors was good. The young man who worked on our garage door was very pleasant and he came out on a rainy Christmas eve afternoon. He spent almost 5 hours overhauling the entire mechanism of our garage door. It seems like very high end, state of the art equipment and works well. Apparently we have an exceptionally heavy door and the old mechanism was really inadequate to handle it. The scheduling was great, they showed up when they were supposed to. I used a Groupon they accepted it and Jay was very professional in all he did. Will use Elite for all may garage door work from now on. Thanks
Our old garage door opener finally gave up at 6:00 am in the morning. By 2:pm that day i had a new garage door opener installed and works great. Thanks for the prompt service and the way it was installed.
