Great service. Reliable service men. Backed through the the garage door. Elite came out and temporary fixed the door so I can get my car out if the gat. They said the new panels would take 4 eyrie come in and it was exactly fixed four weeks later.

We had recently had work on our garage door at our rental house provided by our property manager. Later we discovered our prop. Mgr. Had used a general contractor to work on the garage door. Cost several hundred dollars and toook several weeks and door still did not work properly. We called Precision Garage Doors for help. They came out quickly. Diagnosed problem and fixed it. We wish we had used them first. Thank you. We definitely call them again if needed.

Our representative was thorough and took the time for us to understand what wore out on the door which he fixed, as well as solution for instances where (our other working garage door) doesn’t always stay shut....tension was off, so just needed a twist

Service call to repair broken garage door spring was excellent. They were able to come within two hours. Sebastian called on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would. Looked over the problem door and checked my other garage doors for problems, as I asked him to do, made suggestions and gave me an estimate for the work. When approved, he set to work immediately and got all the work done in a timely manner. He was polite and professional. His work looks excellent. Total bill was reasonable. Very good experience. Cameron was informative, friendly and did a great job! He diagnosed the problem and gave us recommendations along with repair and replace options. He throughly explained the order of repairs and the impact each one would have on the opener which we definitely had to replace. We decided to go with the overhaul as it made the most sense!

Scope included converting 16' garage door opening to 18'. Scope was above their qualifications. The management contact Jeremy ******** went above expectations to assist in securing a contractor to complete the modification to the garage door opening width. Every person I dealt with was eager to take care of any issue to coordinate the installation of the custom ordered garage door. I would recommend this company to anyone. The sales person Jeff, came out to my site in Sun City West , AZ and was very professional.

Service was excellent. Chris went above and beyond...scheduling was a problem...got a trainee on the first attempt and was on the phone for 25mins...appt didnt get set up so had to call again
