Sebastian was an excellent representative of your company. He explained in great detail what the issues were with my garage doors and motor. He suggested that the best option was to replace the 20 year old doors because of peeling, cracking, and cable damage. I am extremely pleased with the service that Precision Door provided. Its technician, Jay, explained exactly what he was testing and why. He then outlined the various repair options along with their costs. He showed up on time and was very professional. I had Precision replace the opener back in 2011 with a higher-powered Lift Master unit and never had any issues for 8 years. Just needed new sensors this time.
Quick response - out the next day! Price was a little high, though.
We were visited by their wonderful salesperson the day after we called. He quickly led us to the door that we had been looking for. Our order was quickly set in motion. Before expected we had a call that the door was in and a date was set for installation Victor and his companion were prompt and did an excellent install in a very short amount of time. They were wonderful to work with and took care of the little things. We are very pleased with our door.
Dan was very professional, called to say when he would arrive, replacement of springs was completed to our satisfaction.
The worker was great. But getting it took longer then I was told.
We had our yearly check up on the garage door. The young man doing the inspection was very polite and explained everything that needed to be checked. Very happy with the service.
