***** looked over the situation, after about 10 minutes presented us with 3 options. We chose one and in less than 30 min he repaired the problem. ***** was very friendly and professional. We are happy with the results

Your employee did a great job and was friendly. However, $800 for replacing 30 feet of weatherstripping and $450 to put the garage door cable back on track seemed pretty pricey.

Professional, efficient , friendly, fast response. The technician ******* went through the quote in detail, and then explained the operation of the new unit and app to my satisfaction. As stated by other reviewers, the equipment, which is top of the line, is not cheap, but the labor cost was reasonable, and I feel I got a good value overall. So happy I called Elite Garage Door!************

As an elderly widow who lives alone, my garage door opener quit on me on December 12 of 2023, so I went into my files and found Elite Garage Doors, which had last been here in June of 2020 to service a set of door springs installed in 2015 with a 10 year parts warranty. It looked to me like they honored the warranty, because the only thing they charged for was the repair. The control panel (whatever that is) was also serviced in 2018. **** was a dedicated and hard-working person in extremely high temperatures here in Arizona yesterday. He gets five stars. The problem causing the overall rating to drop to four stars is the final result is not 90 open gate doors as projected when we agreed to this fairly expensive fix. I was willing to pay the money for that result, but we did not quite achieve the desired outcome with the doors opening perhaps 75 to 80 only. If the repair done does not deteriorate overtime, we are satisfied with the result.

Wonderful quality and workmanship. Very nice and professional. They were very easy to find and very easy to deal with. I had used them once before but the company was under a different name. So this time I was lucky enough to find them. Purely coincidentally and I was so happy!Highly recommend and I will definitely use again if I ever need to.
