As an elderly widow who lives alone, my garage door opener quit on me on December 12 of 2023, so I went into my files and found Elite Garage Doors, which had last been here in June of 2020 to service a set of door springs installed in 2015 with a 10 year parts warranty. It looked to me like they honored the warranty, because the only thing they charged for was the repair. The control panel (whatever that is) was also serviced in 2018. **** was a dedicated and hard-working person in extremely high temperatures here in Arizona yesterday. He gets five stars. The problem causing the overall rating to drop to four stars is the final result is not 90 open gate doors as projected when we agreed to this fairly expensive fix. I was willing to pay the money for that result, but we did not quite achieve the desired outcome with the doors opening perhaps 75 to 80 only. If the repair done does not deteriorate overtime, we are satisfied with the result.
Wonderful quality and workmanship. Very nice and professional. They were very easy to find and very easy to deal with. I had used them once before but the company was under a different name. So this time I was lucky enough to find them. Purely coincidentally and I was so happy!Highly recommend and I will definitely use again if I ever need to.

The initial price for the requested work was discouraging, but after some discussion, the price was reduced to make it affordable for our family.The rating of 4 stars was simply the way Elite Garage Doors handles the pricing of its products and/or services. This company is outstanding. My gate was fixed quickly and totally checked out. The installer knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He also could answer any questions I had. A totally wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs gate or garage repair.
