The tech was professional, called and communicated when hed be at my home. I was home early and let them know and it worked out that the tech was also available so he came early. He had all the parts on his truck, even springs that we found one was broke during what was only supposed to be a replacement of the weather strip. ***** was fast and did a great job.
I used my home warranty for our garage door opener issue. I was contacted by Elite within an hour and they were out the same day. **** was here only 15 minutes and took care of the issue. We just needed a new wall button.
