The technicians were great and worked fast, entire job was completed in about an hour.I would give 3-1/2 stars but not an option. This is because the initial price to replace a broken builder spring with new springs and 5 year warranty was almost $2,000. I called another repair company with technicians on site and was quoted $799 for the same work with a 7 year warranty. Fast service. I called the office about 2pm and a tech was here by 3:30pm. My garage door was fixed and updated by a reliable tech. The price was a lot higher then I expected but prices are high everywhere.
