Technician was prompt and professional. Communication was great! We appreciate the service that they provide.
The surface man was prompt and efficient and works through the issue. I know that Elite Garage Door has overhead, but I felt that the charge for what needed to be done was a bit high. Wasnt the service mans issue. He did what he needed to do and file the paperwork correctly. He also took pictures of the springs on the doors to make sure they were OK.
