Honest, Went Beyond Expectations and would recommend to others. Yes, I will hire them again! My Technician, was kind and too the extra time, for an 64 year old elderly man. I really appreciate the Kindness, in which they conducted themselves. I had a program my remotes, when my wife came home I tried and failed to program her remote. After two bad experiences with door installation/ repair companies I called precision. They arrived within the time window indicated, called 20 minutes before arrival, gave me a comprehensive evaluation of the problems and fixed them on the spot. The cost was reasonable considering I had to have other door companies come out twice and they did not fix the problem. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need to call again, but with four garage doors, when a problem does arise, I will call precision without a doubt or hesit... read more

The guys were on time and stayed as long as needed to get the job done. They were polite, professional and explained everything to us.
