I am the GR from a negative review posted 9/5/18. Well, I'm in the process of having that retracted. Why? Because Dominick from Precision turned my frown upside-down.... He provided phenomenal customer service by promptly sending a senior tech to address the issues. Mike was polite, he explained everything, made some adjustments and corrected the issues with the remote pad, the main controller, and properly attached and hid the wires to the electric eyes back into the wall. Our door was damaged during some recent storms and we requested three estimates and gave the project to Precision. From the start to the completion of the job, everything worked out great, service was excellent, everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful and the job was finished earlier than anticipated. Very satisfied!
Figured out what the problem was. Not an easy fix but they did it.
Came out in a timely manner, worked quickly and professionally, changed all parts, I paid and they were gone in under an hour. The way things are supposed to be done. What can I say, my garage doors opens according to new home specifications. What else could you ask?
