After two bad experiences with door installation/ repair companies I called precision. They arrived within the time window indicated, called 20 minutes before arrival, gave me a comprehensive evaluation of the problems and fixed them on the spot. The cost was reasonable considering I had to have other door companies come out twice and they did not fix the problem. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need to call again, but with four garage doors, when a problem does arise, I will call precision without a doubt or hesit... read more

The guys were on time and stayed as long as needed to get the job done. They were polite, professional and explained everything to us. I am the GR from a negative review posted 9/5/18. Well, I'm in the process of having that retracted. Why? Because Dominick from Precision turned my frown upside-down.... He provided phenomenal customer service by promptly sending a senior tech to address the issues. Mike was polite, he explained everything, made some adjustments and corrected the issues with the remote pad, the main controller, and properly attached and hid the wires to the electric eyes back into the wall.
