We had a Liftmaster 8500 Jack Shaft opener installed in our separate single car garage. I had several quotes from the competition, and Precision was my choice based on price and length of warranty. Precision Door is a quality business that is VERY dependable. My tech showed up on time, and he finished in exactly the amount of time he told me at the outset. There were no hidden charges, and the opener works great. I would not hesitate hiring them again in the future.
Exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency situation as nd it was handled immediately and perfectly. Highly recommend Matt. He was outstanding.

I just moved into the area, and called Precision because of my garage door sagging. Sebastian arrived early, walked me through the problem, gave me options and fixed the problem. He was polite and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use this company, and if you get Sebastian it's a bonus!
My overall impression of the service I was rendered is good. My technician was courteous and thorough. While it cost more than I thought it would, the technician charged me the price he finally quoted, though there was an expensive part (Wayne ******door bracket) he needed but did not initially include in the quote (likely a simple oversight). The service was excellent. However, $195 to reset the emergency rope which took 10 minutes is a little over the top.
