The service was excellent. However, $195 to reset the emergency rope which took 10 minutes is a little over the top.
The technician arrived on time found the problem and fixed it he also lubed the wheels and springs also adjusted the track that was slightly binding the wheels Chris did a excellent job i would refer precision door service to all my friends.

This company is amazing! I called with an emergency on a Saturday. We had just moved in and our moving truck was waiting to unload when the spring broke on the garage door and we couldn’t get the door open. Jess arrived 20 minutes after I called and was so professional. He gave an accurate timeframe and cost of when the job would be completed. Very personable and easy to work with.
