Professional all the way around. Replaced 2 broken springs, bearings and adjusted the speed of our opener as it had been set too high probably because there were problems that we were unaware of before we bought our home. Everything was explained and suggestions were made for the near future to keep our door in optimal running condition. We were very happy with the service received and will be using Precision Door for all of our future needs.
Great customer service, I needed my garage door adjusted and Precision worked with me to schedule a tech to come out on my schedule and adjust my door. Door now works great.
