As always Precision door service was excellent. I have used them several times. I like that they often come on the same day that I call. Service staff are always friendly and competent.

The salesman was professional, the price was right & the installation was excellent, including clean-up. Other then not using a wider seal, which created a couple of hours work for me in patching, this is a great company & I highly recommend them to anyone.

I not only received a very honest, straight-up and accurate assessment of my issues with an aging garage door system; I was treated to an over-due lesson and wake-up call. Granted it cost me far more than I expected, but not at all out of line with all that was required from years of neglect and only piece-meal repairs. I was offered an appointment that was so soon I had to schedule further out, but appreciated that they were so responsive. Sabastian showed up on-time. The work was done quickly, but he took the time to explain what the issues was, what he had done, and what I should look for in the future.

Professional all the way around. Replaced 2 broken springs, bearings and adjusted the speed of our opener as it had been set too high probably because there were problems that we were unaware of before we bought our home. Everything was explained and suggestions were made for the near future to keep our door in optimal running condition. We were very happy with the service received and will be using Precision Door for all of our future needs.
