On July 17th I needed an emergency repair and estimate at my home. I called Precision Door and they promptly scheduled a very nice and professional service technician named Jay. I was very impressed with his knowledge and passion to provide outstanding customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service.

Excellent company and service! I was given an appointment between 6-8 pm. My service person, Mike, called at about 6:15 and advised me that he would be at my house in a half hour. He was there and worked with me to provide the best price. He then worked until it was done. He checked with me to see if I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for service.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Precision Door and service man, Josh Malcolm. Our garage door motor, tracks, springs, etc. needed to be replaced. Not only did Josh arrive earlier than expected, but he also replaced everything necessary in a timely, effective manner. Josh was polite and professional. Vinnie Lozano was the technician who installed my garage door opener. He was well knowledged in the profession, extremely efficient , and very friendly in manner. We would recommend him to anybody who needs the same problem with their garage door solved.

We called Precision With the purpose of having our garage door tuned up for the sale of our home. I was impressed with everything from the booking of our appt, to the gentlemen, Jess, who came to work on the door. He performed the tune-up and was able to provide a report of his fixes on the garage door. It was reasonably priced and our 17 year old door sounds new again!

The service provided by the technician was excellent and on time. He was courteous and professional. However, I felt the charges were very much out of what I have experienced as a realtor dealing with repair issues. $634 to replace the springs on a double door is about twice what is normally charged on homes to which I have been exposed. I will keep this in mind.

They came out the same day within hours of my call and repaired my door springs. Only thing I didn't like was the technician started at a higher price and eventually came down. Just give me the lowest price to start with.

They came out the same day within hours of my call and repaired my door springs. Only thing I didn't like was the technician started at a higher price and eventually came down. Just give me the lowest price to start with.
