I recently had my 20 year old garage door close on my car as i was backing out. It damaged the door beyond repair. As a consequence, I could not get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door which was recommended by a friend. they came out that Friday evening to help me get my car out of the garage and secure it. We had to order a new door and opener. The service was prompt and the technicians were knowledgeable and helpful in all transactions. No charge for the service call. Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I called, spoke to Sarah, told her I was basically locked in my garage and she sent Jay and Alex out to my condo. Jay is a superb technician with a great deal of knowledge. Alex, who was working with him, is excellent also. I highly recommend this company.

Precision Door has taken care of my garage door for three years and I am very pleased with their techs and service. They have been very professional when they are at my home and have not sold me anything I did not need. They have shown me in the past how to maintain my garage door to keep the cost down which I appreciated.

I was experiencing problems with my 14 year old garage door remote. My physical disabilities required my seeking help from a professional service. Our service tech showed up on time and in a company issued service truck. It was clean and organized and he had everything needed to perform the required service. He gave me three options that I could choose from which I liked very much. My garage door (15 years old) had a broken spring and I chose to have him install an additional spring, replace the worn bearings and replace all the door rollers plus the cables. I recently had Precision come out on a service call and was told that my 17year old door needed new motor, springs and rollers. I did all the work and the door is great and works fine now...very quiet. The service guys were very professional and did a good job in a short period of time. They were very respectful. However, the cost is not cheap. I called another company and they thought I paid a lot for the job...a little too much by a few hundred dollars.
