We had an extremely positive experience with Precision Door Service and their technician! He arrived when scheduled, was very knowledgeable about the garage door and opener mechanisms, told and showed us what our problems were, and efficiently repaired / replaced all necessary components while there - no need to reschedule. Their technology in comparing solution options made our decision easy.

Gabe arrived promptly, explained my options and fixed the door with parts he had in the truck. Only took an hour and a half. Door works perfect but I think I overpaid by several hundred dollars but now its fixed with a warranty for 10 years.

I recently had my 20 year old garage door close on my car as i was backing out. It damaged the door beyond repair. As a consequence, I could not get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door which was recommended by a friend. they came out that Friday evening to help me get my car out of the garage and secure it. We had to order a new door and opener. The service was prompt and the technicians were knowledgeable and helpful in all transactions. No charge for the service call. Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I called, spoke to Sarah, told her I was basically locked in my garage and she sent Jay and Alex out to my condo. Jay is a superb technician with a great deal of knowledge. Alex, who was working with him, is excellent also. I highly recommend this company.

Precision Door has taken care of my garage door for three years and I am very pleased with their techs and service. They have been very professional when they are at my home and have not sold me anything I did not need. They have shown me in the past how to maintain my garage door to keep the cost down which I appreciated.

Our service tech showed up on time and in a company issued service truck. It was clean and organized and he had everything needed to perform the required service. He gave me three options that I could choose from which I liked very much. My garage door (15 years old) had a broken spring and I chose to have him install an additional spring, replace the worn bearings and replace all the door rollers plus the cables.
