The spring on my garage door opener broke, making it impossible to open the door and get my car out. It was a Saturday morning and not having my car for the weekend would have been a real hassle. Although their schedule was jammed, Precision was able to send someone to my house within a couple of hours and had the spring replaced and the door opener good as new within about an hour after that. Their service fee was reasonable. They sold me a spring that was a little expensive that they said was more durable than regular ones... read more
