The technician who initially came out was inexperienced with older garage doors, did nothing and had to return another day with a manager. It was the manager who immediately knew what to do and fixed the problem. Without the manager I would have given the company a much lower rating.

I had two springs replaced on the garage door. Price seemed a little high and I didn't care for their policy of charging $49.99 for a short safety check and to provide a quote. Otherwise I was happy with the work they did.
