THEY CAME ON TIME , I HAD 1 BROKEN SPRING THE REPAIR MAN INFORMED THAT THE CAME IN PAIRS SO I HAD TO REPLACE THE OTHER SPRING ALSO. I REPLACE BOTH SPRINGS AND THE SPRINGS THEY REPLACED BROKE . THEY HAD REPAIR ON FILE BUT TOLD ME I HAD TO HAVE THE BILL TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE

The installer (Brian) was courteous and professional at all times. Not only did he install a new garage door, but he also installed a new opener that I purchased for a menial fee. He finished by explaining the features of both the door and the opener. We were quite pleased with his work.
