RecommendedI can’t say enough great things about Jen! We took our dog Buddy in and I was nervous. We spend half of our time in the country and Buddy was in great need for a grooming. Jen was so kind and informative. She made me feel so positive and comfortable about Buddy and his grooming. She went above and beyond for our dog, kept in constant contact with me and made him look like a prince. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a groomer. She even gave him two baths!! You are the best Jen, we appreciate you!

I must say - it is amazing to have a staff that care about the pets well being! Tony met me and my wife at the resort - in the middle of a nasty storm - so that we could get our dog taken care of!! The staff is always so friendly! Thank you!!

I recently moved to the area and have been here 3 times for grooming. Rachel does a fantastic job! The front desk people are always energetic and welcoming!

I have been taking my fur babies to Elite Suites for over 10 years and they are well taken care of! The manager, Starla, and her staff are amazing to work with!! I can call anytime during my pets stay and they are always willing to answer my questions. Shout out to Ash and Casey for being so pleasant and caring!!

I have a Great Dane that is a little hard to handle 😆 and he has boarded there several times. They are great with him and he is always willing to go in. It’s the only place I will leave my big baby!
Elite Pet Resort in Heath is awesome !!! Both my dogs love going to doggie day care soon as I pulled up in parking lot they are so excited jumping around & when we go inside they are so happy to see everyone . The staff is wonderful & everyone I’ve meet is so friendly & caring . The boarding rooms are great . I just boarded both mine & it’s truly like a suite they are huge & nice & they also have a webcam that I could check on them at anytime . I totally loved that .
