They changed their point system. Now they will not let you use your free tickets for a whole two weeks after a new movie premiere. Me and my family spend a lot of money with them. Currently we have 15 free tickets and my kids want to see Guardians of the Galaxy. I refuse to take my family of 8 to see the film until the second week, because we have so many tickets built up. Terrible customer service! They won't give refunds even when it's an emergency. Screw birch run. I used to go to birch run all the time. I've never canceled ticket's but one time my children were sick. They tell me that I have to drive there In person to get a refund. I'll be going to Saginaw and Bay City from now on.
That volume on the movie was ridiculously loud!

Went to a movie last night - group of 6-7 underage kids were left unattended while their mom got DRUNK at the lobby bar after yelling profanities at her kids. The kids were yelling - standing up in the middle of the theater playing CATCH - and running around the theater/ getting up and down from their seats for the whole 2 hour movie!!!!
