Prohibiting entry of a paying disabled patron who is otherwise legally allowed to see a movie is against the law. It's just that simple. There is no more "back of the bus" and there has never been a special screening law. Expect legal repercussions and business loss.
A special needs student was denied access to see a film without giving her a chance to sit in theatre when the movie began. Shameful!! Convicted without cause!!

The assigned seating is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I had no idea it was like this here! We don’t get to go to the movies often, and I haven’t been here in years. We won’t be coming back. I was almost completely unable to sit with my children over a ONE seat difference. Three open seats next to me, a mother/daughter about to sit down and would not move over ONE. No thanks!

Worse experience of my life! We traveled about 30 mins to see a movie only to be turned around at the door because my 6 year old son accompanied by two adults wasn’t old enough to see a movie. I will never ever return to this theatre again! Rude Manager!

RecommendedEmagine Theater is the only theater that I go to. It’s usually the Best, but tonight our seats were broken, they didn’t recline. 😒
My father and I do father/daughter movies often and Emagine has been our go-to theatre for a long time. However, during our movie going experience today to see Avengers Endgame, my fathers vehicle was damaged by another car while we were inside. When my father attempted to speak with a manager, they refused to even get on the phone with him and the worker who did answer informed him there are NO, I repeat NO cameras on the parking lot. Both my kid’s and my recliners were broken....again...in a different theater. They wouldn’t move and none had heat. Get it together..
