Not turning away special needs classes to "help the paying customers"
After reading about the discrimination against a disabled student I am saddened as this was our go to theater. My daughter is in a wheelchair and disabled and I couldn’t imagine someone telling us she isn’t welcome. And for the CEO to site that you have a non disruptive policy?? We ALWAYS traveled to Birch Run to see movies here at Emagine! But after reading about the disgusting discrimination that has taken place I will not be returning!

As a special educator and parent of special needs children, I am disgusted to read about your treatment and discrimination against a special needs student. in my opinion, there should a lawsuit brought against your establishment and I can assure you that the word of mouth is going around fast. I am a mother of a special needs child. who is a grown man now with a family of his own...I will never take my Grandkids here again. nor will I cross your thresh hold after you discriminated against an innocent child who did nothing to deserve your awful treatment. I will also continue to spread the word about what kind of discrimination happens here
