Not turning away special needs classes to "help the paying customers"
After reading about the discrimination against a disabled student I am saddened as this was our go to theater. My daughter is in a wheelchair and disabled and I couldn’t imagine someone telling us she isn’t welcome. And for the CEO to site that you have a non disruptive policy?? You’re manager didn’t even give the girl a chance to go in the theater! Had she given her the chance the teacher herself said if she was disruptive she would take her out! The manager was horrible to a 11 year old special needs girl
It is sickening that your employees treated a child as poorly as they did today. They should be ashamed of themselves.
The manager turned away a child with disabilities and Paul Glantz SUPPORTED the discrimination.
We ALWAYS traveled to Birch Run to see movies here at Emagine! But after reading about the disgusting discrimination that has taken place I will not be returning!
As a special educator and parent of special needs children, I am disgusted to read about your treatment and discrimination against a special needs student. in my opinion, there should a lawsuit brought against your establishment and I can assure you that the word of mouth is going around fast. I hope the manager that did this is fired.
Special needs kids are not less than you or your employees. You are not above the law, learn inclusion and put your employees through some training.
I am a mother of a special needs child. who is a grown man now with a family of his own...I will never take my Grandkids here again. nor will I cross your thresh hold after you discriminated against an innocent child who did nothing to deserve your awful treatment. I will also continue to spread the word about what kind of discrimination happens here
