Went to see Pet Sematary last night. A group of young adults sat around us and talked and laughed the entire time. My girlfriend and I left halfway through the movie because we could barely hear the dialogue. We spent ten minutes searching the theater for a manager. After finding the manager and requesting a refund, the manager said he could only give us passes. If anyone would have been monitoring the theater occasionally the problem would have been averted. I will not be coming back to Emagine birch run.
They sell seats in advance leaving 6 seats available for walk in customers but they can't get seats together. Poor business practice.
I like the theater. The seats are very comfortable but everything is so overpriced.
It was too cold in the theater and prices are too high
The theatre is very enjoyable. It gives you that curl up and watch a movie feeling. You know the feeling I'm talking about, a long day at work, to darn tired to do anything except relax and watch a movie. Ahhhh I liked it.
Will never spend a dime at this establishment again this theatre had been my family's go to spot to catch movies for many years we are a pro gun family and a pro open carry family and have carried everytime we set foot in the theatre with no issue but today we were told to leave the premises to which we obliged after getting a refund, we had been to the movies at that theatre 5-6 this year alone and dropped right around $100 each visit but no longer.
I usually have a good experience at this theatre but after today will never go back - My family and I paid good money to see a PG-13 movie for it to be ruined by someone who thought their infant should be in the theatre talking, crying and fussing all through the movie - when we complained the manager (who looked 12 and didn’t rectify the situation or obviously showed no managerial experience) told us that children were allowed in the movies if their parents are with them. The seats are great but the concessions I had were horrible smh. Worst popcorn I’ve ever had.
I had difficulty with ordering my tickets on the Emagine app. The manager was unable to resolve this issue with the glitch. The tickets was purchased finally through fandango and I didn’t get the reward points. The movie was great. Popcorn wasn’t fresh. No compensation was offered.
