I enjoyed IT but the people next to me were talking and laughing the entire time. I went and told a worker and I described where in the theatre they were. I believe someone came in but they didn't even attempt to go to the area I told them.
Went tot see IT; which was great Popcorn was burnt..and overpriced ,but, that's not a surprise. We were in theatre 1. I won't go back to number 1, I had no idea it was so tiny. And to the lady in front of me: the people on the screen can't hear you, no matter how loud you yell "dam" or "hell no" To the person next to me: shut the hell up And to the morons at the end of the aisle..shut the hell up x6. And turn your frickin cell phones off. You're seriously not that important.

I love going to this theather, I love that seats snacks etc, but i feel some staff need more training they look like they are not happy to be there at all you ask for something and they answer very rude otherwise i love going here
Went and saw IT yesterday with my daughters. We were in theater 11, Row G, Seats 4 and 5 were not working. My daughters seat did not work at all (she was in seat 5) she could not recline, I had seat 4 and I got the leg rest to finally go up but had trouble getting it to go down, but the movie was good.
I usually love going to Emagine Canton however I went there yesterday to see IT and I purchased nachos and a pop which was $12 and the chips were stale & they had a wierd taste to them. I took them back up to the concession stand and was told that they could replace them but that was the only thing they could do, no refund, no exchange to something else. To me that is crazy as im sure the chips on the replacement nachos would come from the same place my first order of nachos came from. Not to mention the taste of the chips k... read more
I had 3 seats bought for IT. Only 1 of the 3 recliners worked and one seat also appeared broken. These were handicap seats

The people there were slow and trying to get popcorn was a task in itself. Won't go back to this location.
