I go to this theatre 4 or 5 times a month. I even drive passed 2 others to get there. I was shocked when not only did a family of 5 walk in 30 minutes late, interrupting everyone's movie while they organized themselves, but they had an infant with them. While the other 2 children played on their phone and tablet the entire time, the baby cried non-stop. its always too cold in here. It makes it uncomfortable sometimes to watch a movie or just hang around

I love Emagine Canton but when I went yesterday my chair was broken and when I informed the manager he was just like "ok thanks" and walked away. I felt he was kind of rude. Besides that I always have a great experience at this theater.

Bought seating in advance for 6 seats next to each other... ended up being a sold out movie...had my popcorn and drink in hand only to find out that my chair is broken and does not recline like everyone else's... Told customer service desk and they were like "oh ok". They don't give a crap. In addition, the emagine in Macomb delivers food right to your seat and this one does not. Still better than AMC but this is among the worst of Emagine Theaters.

I went yesterday to see Spiderman movie get to my seat go to reclin in the seat and seat was broke wouldn't reclin when out to ask for another seat they pretty much told me o well seats are assigned wouldn't let me get another seat theater room was only half full so I changed my seat anyway then someone that works their came and told me I had to go back to my assigned seat even know it wasn't being used so I did 10 min later I went back to the seat and they came back I told me if I move out my assigned seats agine I will be... read more

Went to purchase tickets, your site glitches. I get charged, get no confirmation and when I call they tell me I'm SOL. Super uncool.

I am spoiled at Emagine Canton don't go to any other Theater however lately my popcorn has not been the best and I always brag to people about how fresh the popcorn is at Emagine. I saw the spider man movie on Thursday I purchased popcorn and refund for a refill hoping it would be better however it was not fresh very disappointed.
