I have always enjoyed going here and I like the seats and being able to enjoy an adult beverage for a special occasion. We saw Rogue One for New Year's Eve and when we entered the theater 15 minutes before the movie was to start it was filthy. Our seats had popcorn on them and trash scattered in front of both seats. I think assigned seating is for the birds. Every time now we get shitty seats and every time there is alot of good seats in the theater but they tell you you cannot set in them because they are assigned but nobody ever shows up so you setting in shitty seats and the good seats are sitting empty totally ridiculous

We always come to Emagine Canton and have a good time. However, your website is the absolute worst I have to deal with. Before recent changes it would take me forever to buy tickets. Always having to log back in every time I changed my choice of movie time. Now that you can use rewards points I keep getting errors. I just tried for 20 minutes to buy tickets and Nothing. At this point I am going to try one more time then look at the other theater here in Canton.

Took my four nephews to see a movie and was leery about getting refreshments due to the costs. I asked the usher if there were any combos I could take advantage of, to which he replied no. After ordering I had racked up $70! I was shocked, but of course paid. As I was waiting for my order I saw the woman next to me get a kid's combo, small popcorn and small drink. Totally disappointing that after the usher saw that I had small kid's, I wasn't told about this combo... Just left to spend more than double what I paid in tickets... read more

First of all this was my first movie since Pete's Dragon. Everything was fine until 5 minutes into the the movie. A party for a teenager walks in making loud noise and lots of walking for about 5 minutes. About 5 minutes after that a member of the staff comes in and stays throughout the movie. About 5 times they has to talk to a member of the party. Why not ask the party to leave or compensate everyone else that was trying to watch the movie for all the interruption.
