The theater was good but the restroom was nasty it needed cleaning and the same mess was in the restroom when u first got there and the same mess plus more was there after the movie.
My seat in theater 4, seat 7 row c, the bottom wouldnt recline, So the movie was good, but my seat sucked
The movie was amazing but my daughter slipped and fell on the sidewalk coming out of the show. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. After I finally got to tell a manager that my daughter fell amd that they should get some salt out there the manager sounded like he didn't care and said he would see if he could maybe get someone out there and he didn't ask if she was ok or if there was anything he could do to help. I was very disappointed in the customer service and will not be returning.

I got there ten minutes before the movie started. I did not know you pick your seats from a computer. I was happy to see the 3 seats in a row that we needed. Most seats were reserved already so that only a few were left. The seats were comfortable.
it's been about 3 years since I've been to this one(or whenever the Westland MJR opened once it did I never went back). The recliner seats were great, but the food stand service was slow and once I got to the front I found the direct service lacking.. Folks who had bought tickets online had no clue if they needed another check in or not- this couple stood in line for the service desk because they had 0 clue they were all set. also not having a tray for food. I love The imagine theater in Canton however last time I went there with a friend to see a movie there were a group of people sitting in chairs behind us even with all the legroom at the theater has this still managed to kick the back of our chairs they were loud through the whole movie, I think the ushers should be coming and walking around to make sure that people are being courteous of others and also when you're hungry and you want something to eat the food prices are absolutely ridiculous, some people don't make that ki... read more
