Normally I love Emagine Canton but the seats we had this past time were awful. Two of the seats the recliners didn't even work. Normally you can put the feet rest up and recline the backrest, however these seats only had the option for the feet rest and for it not to work was annoying.
One of our 4 seats didn't recline. Very disappointing.
So there are many positives, the chairs are great! Popcorn is good and slushy on tap :) however it's soooooo COLD I just froze for Beauty and the Beast. I hate going knowing I'm gonna freeze. They sell blankets which are too small and thin. The lady next to me brought a warm looked like down comforter! Really wish I did that. So heat is a known issue and it's making me hate this theatre:(

I think its a good theater i only wish all the movie were in 3 D which is why I think the big screenmovie experience is supposed to be all about !
I usually love coming here but this time the place was trashed. Very dirty a employee cut me off at the drink machine to get her self drink before going into staff lobby. And my chair was broken and had a mind of its own. So it was a bit unpleasant this time

Its a nice place for movies but poor for management my van was keyed and they said they couldn't do anything because they only have cameras in the front and i was parked on the side
The theater was good but the restroom was nasty it needed cleaning and the same mess was in the restroom when u first got there and the same mess plus more was there after the movie.
