I went here to see Ghost In The Shell on Sunday April 3rd. I picked the theater with reclining seats and assigned seats (stupidly). We sat down and the most obnoxious, annoying guests sat down next to us and even before the movie started we moved. Then an usher came up to us and asked us to move because others had those seats (fine, ok). I was over it so I just left the theater. Theater 5 seat F2 the foot rest didn't work. So disappointed that we pay for recliners and they are frequently broken.
Was there on Tues. March 29 to see Beauty and the Beast. Went there the day before to purchase two tickets in the handicapped seats. I specifically asked the girl at the counter if the foot rest came out on these chairs and she said yes. Well they did not work. Went to concierge and told them the situation and was told that those foot rest do not come out to put your feet up on. Told the girl I was in the day before and specifically asked if this foot rest came out and was told yes. They did offer to move us up a row but my ... read more

RecommendedDecided to go to #Emagine in Canton, Michigan tonight, I will NEVER go back! If you like sharing a movie and popcorn with MICE then that place is for you! Not me not the one. According to the MANAGER they see mice a minimum of once a week! Enjoy! The manger was unprofessional and not apologetic at all! The staff was not helpful!
My family and myself (7 of us) went yesterday to see #BeautyandtheBeast 3D, 20-30 minutes before the end of the movie we had an encounter with staff about our 10 yr old autistic son on my phone nevermind he was on it since we walked in the theater (phone was muted and I dimmed the screen all the way down, he was also sitting on the end of the row and curled up) , after trying to tell the lady he is autistic and it was keeping him from getting loud with excitement she didn't care it had to be turned off.
