We’ve only been to this theater a few times and every time it seems dirtier! There was popcorn and paper and trash everywhere!! Lobby, con session area, bathrooms and theater! It’s too bad because I like the seating!

1. Had to pay a fee to buy tickets online 2. Ticket machines inside not working 3. Parking lot lights were out at nite so scary!! 4. Ordered food never was delivered was left on counter cold Disappointed. Won’t go back. 🤨

after waiting outside today for about 45 minutes during a fire evacuation, and the eventual cancelation of the movie, all we were offered was a voucher for a future movie (*this is not a local theatre for me*) and a small popcorn. Ridiculous. We salvaged the evening by enjoying the movie at MJR. I would like my money back, NOT a voucher. You shouldn't be hanging on to my money as you did not show the movie.
Had one of the employees pull me aside after walking inside, sitting down, and now going to the concession stand and flag me down in front of everyone and my teenage sister saying that I couldn’t wear my Olaf pajamas because I might shoot up the place.... it’s cool other people were dressed in costumes yet I was the only one pulled aside by this particular employee. Not a fan of him or this location because y’all ruined my vibe before the movie even started.

Food is EXPENSIVE. And then, there was a hole in my cup and I wore Diet Coke! (Second trip through the line to get a cup without holes). They didn’t bring the sauce with the chicken fingers. (3rd trip through the line). The nachos weren’t delivered with the rest of the food and I had to go back through the line to get them. (4th trip through the line). I admit I’m spoiled, but for that price the service should be stellar! It was anything but!
