The theater was clean, the employees friendly, and the seats comfortable. However, the movie in the theater next to ours was loud enough we could hear it over the quieter scenes in our theater. We were watching a scary movie and to have the noise carry over to the suspenseful scenes was disappointing. I am not sure if it was just our theater or all theaters but it is a consideration depending on the type of movie you are watching.

Went today to see the Intruder. Movie was good but the Restrooms-near the front were DISGUSTING as hell not cleaned Crap and piss on seats and not flushed. Not the first time they have been like this I’ve said something before. Please let whoever know that this is going on

Last night I had one of the worst movie going experiences at your Macomb location. I took my 10 year old son to see Avengers End Game on your EMAX screen at 6pm. I got our tickets and concessions and headed to theater 8 to find our seats. As we came to the door two of your ushers came out of theater 8 talking about the movie. The male said to the female, "I can't believe how Iron Man died!" To which the female said "What about Black Widow!?!" My family loves movies and have been loyal to Emagine for years now. The recent seats changes at the Macomb location have us looking to go elsewhere. The new seats are smaller, feel cheap, no longer allow you to recline your feet and back separately and no education on the how the heated seats work. Emagine advertises luxury and now they are like all the other theaters, cramming as many seats as possible into the theater. You had it right Emagine and then abandoned what made you so appealing

The changes we made to the seating in Macomb were a matter of upkeep, not space. As you may have noticed, the original seating was becoming worn, torn, and in need of general repair. Big fail in the new seats. They are smaller and not as comfortable. They also no longer hold the trays. Big fail Emagine.

This Emagine felt a bit messy & dirty in bathrooms & concessions area. Yuck! My moms popcorn was so salty it was inedible! Quite ridiculous when you pay $6 for a tub of it! I specifically chose this theatre due to its newness factor... but it is very evident that it is not being managed properly or cared for well!
