I would like to be able to apply a gift card to my account! Inconvenient to order online, get refunded when I arrive then apply gift card! I was unable to do it before the show as the cashier was afraid I would lose my seat choices so had to go back to desk after the show then she had to pick a different show to ring up which seemed weird as maybe someone else wanted those seats! I love your comfy theatre seating and that's why we go here but your parking lot needs to be MUCH, MUCH bigger! There were literally no parking spots in your parking lot, NONE besides handicap spots or if you wanted to park in the next parking lot! That's horrible! We ended up missing the first 15 minutes of our movie because of this. Had I not had purchased my tickets in advance I would've never even bothered with it! Was there Saturday night there were mostly African Americans like myself. When the movie was over the management came and told us the movie is over exit the theatre and good night. My question is since when is it a crime to watch the credits? It could have been another snippet at the end. I was offended and felt racial profiled. I am going to call the corporate office.

I just left the 4:15 pm Star Wars: the last Jedi. Movie was good, theater is nice but for some reason, one of the cleanup crew walking in as I walked out felt it necessary to shoulder check me, enough that another employee behind her immediately began to apologize for her as she blindly kept moving. Thanks Emagine for allowing one employee to ruin my experience..glad I pre bought tickets to bing my dad back to see it on Christmas..
I'm confused about the way our experience went. No one checked to see if we'd actually purchased a ticket. At $12 a seat, I kind of expected someone to check. What stops people from just going in without paying on a slow night? Other than that, fabulous experience!
