Seats are great. My problem is with the ladies room. The TP dispensers are too low. Giant rolls of paper won’t roll easily. New rolls are glued so you can’t get them started. They should be shoulder height

Why does no one ever answer the phone here? I have been on the phone for nearly 20 minutes trying to ask a question about my complimentary readmit passes and no one ever answers the phone... will revise my review if I can ever get through to someone
It would have gotten a higher score but the ladies room was trashed before the movie, during the movie and after the movie. I’ve seen cleaner restrooms on I-75.
The movie, A Quiet Place was good. The staff was ok. The young lady that took our money was very polite!!! The gentleman that was cleaning, or I should say making it look like he was cleaning wasn’t!! The whole area around your “do it yourself drinks” was filthy!!! Now I know that area is heavy traffic spot but come on, I did not want my drink!! No napkins, a lot of drinks were empty!! The counters were sticky! 2 stars.... I paid for 4 tickets to an Emax showing of avengers... the movie was amazing and everything it promised to be.... my grief is with the theatre...no sugar coating.. 7:30 showing on opening day 4/27 you didn’t dim the lights until the movie started this rendering the previews all but unwatchable.. couldn’t see them.. so you could have your “waitress” up sell us more food/drinks? I value the trailers for future movies more valuable then a potential pop corn sale..also the seats are all in different states of abuse..... read more
Beautiful place comfortable seats. But it is freezing in there I spent a lot of money on snacks for the kids I didn’t want buy a blanket.

We see movies at emagine Macomb often and is usually very good. This time was not great. The Carmel corn tasted burnt was given another bucket from supposedly a different batch and tasted same. Then the lights in the theater were turned on for the last 10 minutes of the movies??? No-one knew why when we asked. Also my son wore his new white football jersey which had a bunch of grease spots all over the back when we left. There must have been butter all over the seat.�
